Issue with ID cards Affecting Members with IDs Beginning with 10.

We’re working to fix an issue with member ID cards.

There's an issue impacting some members with IDs that begin with 10. The user may receive a
message stating ‘The patient's ID card is not available to display’. We're working to fix this issue. In the
interim, the eligibility and benefits response provides sufficient details to determine patient benefits
and coverage in absence of an ID card.
